How do I return an item?
Thora Design accepts returns of unused items by mail within 30 days from the date of shipment except for sale, personalized and monogrammed items which are final. We are happy to accept such item in its original packaging, unworn, and with all tags attached.
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of hosiery if their packaging has been opened. Panties, swimwear, or bottom items cannot be accepted if they have been tried on with direct skin contact. Please try bottoms and swimwear over your own undergarments.
Return packages should be shipped prepaid through a traceable method such as FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post and those shipping costs are non-refundable. Please return the item(s) specifying the reason you are returning the product, refund or exchange to:

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card that was used.
We reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
